To the willow

Youhyang (柳香) means “the scent of the willow.”
Naming the studio, we borrowed three things from the willow.

Willow whistle
Small things, lasting joyEvery spring, children twisted the bark off a willow twig to make a whistle. We make games the way they made music from a single branch.
A leaf on the water
Never in a hurryAn old Korean tale tells of a willow leaf floated on a cup of water, so a thirsty traveler would drink slowly and not choke. We hope our games stay with you for a long time.
A willow cutting
Growing wherever it’s plantedCut a willow branch and push it into the ground, and it takes root. We started small and alone, and we mean to grow the same way.
