For help with launching the game, connections, restriction appeals or privacy requests, email youhyangstudio@gmail.com. The service is operated by 유향 스튜디오 (YouHyang Studio).
Please include which app you used (the main game or Playtest), its version, when the problem occurred and your time zone, the steps that led to it, and any error shown. Attach screenshots only when useful, and hide other people's conversations and personal information.
Do not send Steam passwords, Steam Guard codes, authentication tickets, access tokens or administration keys. Before sending diagnostic files, remove secrets and unnecessary personal information. The game does not automatically send diagnostic files to support.
We retain support requests and attachments for 90 days after the request has been resolved, then remove them. Where a specific legal retention requirement applies, we handle the relevant records separately for that purpose and period. See the game's Privacy Policy for more information about data processing.
Sharing a quiet space
- You are welcome to enjoy the scenery without chatting. Do not pressure others to talk or reply.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate others. Sexual harassment, repeated advertising and spam are not welcome.
- Do not share your own or someone else's contact details, sensitive information or personal data. Do not share private-room invitation codes without permission.
- Do not share illegal content or disrupt the service.
The online service is intended for people aged 14 and older.
Reports and room management
If a problem occurs in your room, open the room information page and choose Report & manage room, then select the person and a reason. An explanation is optional. Reports do not automatically include earlier chat messages, so briefly explain any necessary context without including personal information.
A report does not automatically restrict an account; an operator reviews it. Hosts can remove people from their own room. A removed person cannot rejoin that room while it continues to exist.
Operators may close a room or restrict online access as appropriate. To ask about a restriction or appeal it, email us with the time and context. If account verification is needed, we will explain a separate verification method that does not require your password. We do not disclose other people's reports or personal information.
We do not maintain a server archive of ordinary chat and cannot recover past conversations. We also cannot erase screenshots saved independently by other participants.
Playtest
The Playtest may contain bugs, and servers may be unavailable during test operation. Players of the main game and Playtest share rooms and follow the same community guidelines. Check the relevant Steam announcements for test schedules and changes.
